Keep it simple, one step at a time. These are phrases that are familiar to us. Yet how do we put these principles into practice? How do they serve us on the dance floor and in everyday life?

We invite you to focus on simple yet profound aspects that connect us all: breath, attention, movement. We will explore these aspects through the map of the 5Rhythms® – Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, Stillness – focusing on one Rhythm at a time.

In our practice we connect with ourselves and each other and recalibrate our systems. So we naturally inspire each other to become as grounded, centred and present as possible in a world that often seems crazy, complicated and complex these days. Come join us and let the magic unfold!

5Rhythms®, 5 teachers from different countries, 4 days and many dancing feet and hearts. We have been offering this Pentecost workshop for many years now, and it has grown over time with deep roots and a community of committed dancers. Feel very welcome, whether you come for the first time or know it well! We are looking forward to dancing together!

Half of the profit will be donated to charity projects.
